Forget weighing scales and measuring tapes. According to a new fitness test coming out of China, all you need is a single sheet of paper to determine if you are fit or flabby.
Here’s how the test works. Simply hold a sheet of size A4 paper (8 1/2″ x 11″) vertically over your waist. If your tummy is completely hidden from view, then congratulations – you’re fit! But, if your waist peaks out from the sides of the paper, it’s time for you to hit the gym.
